After a successful debut run in New York, ‘The Culture’ completed a six city tour presented by POWERSUIT PRODUCTIONS. Met with rave reviews and enthusiastic audiences in Wellington, Adelaide, Hobart, Sydney and Melbourne, this tour raised $14646 for women in crisis organisations, including The Wellington Women’s Refuge & Te Whare Rokiroki Māori Women's Refuge in Wellington, the Western Adelaide Domestic Violence Service (part of the Women's Safety Services SA) in Adelaide, the Hobart Women's Shelter in Hobart, Guthrie House in Sydney and Safe Steps in Melbourne. Thank you to these amazing organisations for the work you do.
The play is a story about deep and enduring friendship, and the pitfalls… and sometimes dangers of finding love in a modern world. Thanks to those who visited Katie and Will in their living room, and for joining us in a wider, important conversation.
